You know you’re in for a good day when you see all the boxes lined up ready n’ waiting for books to be signed!
After half-a-decade of work, my ninth book, “Viva Negativa! The New Blockaders: The Art Of Noise And Nothing”, is out now on the awesome PC-Press.
How to describe it? Well, I’m inspired by people who possess the inner strength and determination to pursue their unique paths through this world in spite of obstacles, consequences or pressures. Working in their parents’ shed, Richard and Philip Rupenus, The New Blockaders, changed the world of sound forever – and that was just the beginning of four-and-a-half decades of visual art, sound, performance, philosophy (no, really!) and humour.
Available from PC Press (link below), or locally from Coalescesion Recordings (U.S.), Soundohm and Tesco Organisation (Europe), Art Into Life (Japan): https://pc-press.co.uk/shop/viva-negativa-the-new-blockaders-the-noise-of-art-and-nothing-by-nick-soulsby/
If you’re curious what I’ve been up to since this journey began with my love of Nirvana, there’s a bit of a summary here: Nick Soulsby – Wikipedia
